Description:

Prime Pest Control is looking for you ? that is if you can walk and chew gum at the same time. You have to be good at talking with customers on the phone while scheduling them for service using our state-of-the-art, web-based service scheduling software. You have to keep your cool during those occasional times when customers aren?t too happy, and you have to turn them around, and make them happy. You also have to work with our service team, the people out in the field taking care of the ?creepy crawlies? for our customers, letting them know about new stops, changes to their schedules, and relaying information to them from their customers. Besides having good people skills (you know, getting along with others), you have to be pretty organized, and attentive to detail.

We expect you to look out for your customers, so we look out for you. You can expect a starting wage of $12 per hour if you have no customer service experience and up to $15 per hour if you have experience. You will have health insurance, paid training, and paid vacation. Work hours are typically 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM but can vary during our busy season in the Spring and Summer. An occasional Saturday is also required.
