Description:JOB SUMMARY: To grow the existing structural pest control business through a market strategy of a system sales approach, end user focus, supported by education.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to sales, marketing and educational activities with both end-users and distributors that will position the representative to be an integral part of the structural pest management system. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ?Maintain a profile of key end users, communicate on a regular basis, build and cultivate strong working relationships with key end user personnel. ?Participate/support key end-user organizations and associations in your region as appropriate. ?Support and utilize distribution network to leverage sales. ?Present and administer Marketing Programs to all end users. ?Train end users according to the needs of their territory with agreed upon training approaches of sales management team. ?Develop a regional promotional plan with key end users. ?Assist with regional sales analysis and forecasts. ?Provide demonstration as to the effectiveness of WMG products to distributors and end users. ?Maintaining effective sales plan while keeping within budgets ?Filing reports on timely basis. QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of a bachelor degree in a life science preferred, experience in pest control is a plus. Strong public speaking and computer skills required. Travel 70%-80% is required.
