General Summary:
Manages activities of field service personnel to achieve assigned goals for sales, service, quality, revenue, and profit. Develops production budgets for field service personnel. Performs on-site inspections and visits key customers. Works to ensure cooperation and teamwork between service, administration, management, and technical teams.

Basic Qualifications - Required:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
Five years experience in pest control service; two years in leadership role.
US citizen or alien authorized to work in the United States.
Able to work before 8 AM, after 5 PM, and/or on weekends.
Read, speak, and comprehend English.
Valid motor vehicle operator's license (if required to drive).
No more than three speeding tickets in last three years (if driver's license required).
No citations for driving while intoxicated within last three years (if driver's license required).

Knowledge of pests, rodents, and other vermin.
Knowledge of pest control products, services, and treatments.
Knowledge of pest control regulations, and safety procedures.
Knowledge of sales building processes and practices.
Knowledge of human resource management and employee development methods.

Ability to visually inspect for pests, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.
Ability to use application equipment, inspection equipment, small hand tools and small power tools.
Ability to tolerate variety of environmental conditions, including seasonal weather, damp and/or dusty locations.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

Insures paperwork is completed properly and turned in timely

Coordinates teamwork with sales and support
Communicates changes in schedules to insure technician availability
Support sales, take opportunities to increase awareness of sales with technicians
Emphasize route base growth and customer retention with technicians
