We are seeking a service manager with extensive experience and proven success in the pest control industry. We are looking for someone who wants to think "outside-of-the-box" for creative service solutions while providing outstanding customer service. This position will require managing the pest control technicians on a daily basis while continually working to develop their industry skills. We need someone who can lead in a team environment by motivating, training and assisting employees to reach their goals. We are looking for someone with the capability to help develop and deliver effective training programs as well as helping to create and implement specific pest control and termite programs.
