Position Description:
This office-based position is located in Fridley, MN and includes a mix of solution-focused consultation, problem-solving and scheduling for both residential and commercial customers.
After your paid training period is complete, you will support new and existing clients using a variety of communication tools such as phone, email, and chat to recommend services, schedule service visits, provide billing support, and perform additional internal office tasks as required.
Essential Job Duties:
Use phone and email to interact with existing and potential customers to provide information, advise on service options, create/update client records, schedule service requests, process transactions, discuss billing and payment options and record client interactions
Adhere to company expectations to deliver superior client experiences by phone, email or chat
Provide programming and pricing options to meet customer needs and schedule service visits based on company standards
Resolve issues concerning payment and/or invoicing
Provide additional administrative support to office operations as assigned
Job Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty effectively. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum Requirements
2-3 years experience in a call center or office-based setting with an emphasis on customer support activities
Strong written communication skills, including the ability to use correct grammar and spelling
Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations via oral and written communication methods
Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
40+ WPM keyboarding
Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Have a stable work history, a high school diploma or equivalent
Favorable drug test and acceptable background record are also required
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Monday - Friday stable schedule 9:00a - 5:30p
Occasional 8:00a-1:00p Saturdays from May-October
6 Paid Holidays per year
